Finished (click to enlarge). Added chashu, sesame seed, narutomaki, egg, and scallion. Noodle is extra good – chewy and good mouthfeel. The broth had a great balance of peanut, meaty flavor and and a little heat. Really wish there had been some veg or solid ingredient to round things out better. 4.5 out of 5.0 stars.
