I’ve really liked the other two from this range and rather bummed that this is the last one… I’m curious how it’ll be – buckwheat eh? Let’s give it a try!

Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add boiling water and cover 6~8 minutes. Drain. Add in everything. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added barbecue pork slice, egg, sesame seed, and scallion. Despite expectations, the buckwheat broad noodle was really quite good. The flavor on this one wasn’t as expected. I really think this might be supposed to be served as a cold noodle, but I could be wrong. Reminded me of a bibimmyeon, however it did have the spicy and vinegary, and an added hint of sesame which kind of made it dan dan like. Reilly quite good. 4.5 out of 5.0 stars.
