My last review was a Japanese cold noodle, and now we have a Korean style cold noodle from the United States. The sweet spicy gochujang sounds kind of like bibimmyeon. Let’s give it a try – it’s summer right now as I type this, by the way.
Nongshim Noodle Salad With Sweet Spicy Gochujang Vinaigrette – United States
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Contains beef. To prepare, boil noodle and flake sachet in 600ml water for 4 1/2 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Add in liquid base sachet. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added sliced pork, cucumber, fishcake, sesame seed, green onion, and tomato. Noolde has a nice chew – rinsing with cold water can do interesting things. The flavor is a tangy and spicy chili tomato kind of thing which works well. The amount of vegetable in this one is really quite nice. 4.5 out of 5.0 stars. UPC bar code 031146068517.
