Found this at a Dollar Tree store here in Kenmore, Washington. I remember trying out the chicken variety and I don’t think I found it very appealing. We shall see how it goes.

Finished (click to enlarge). Added a shrimp with Roland sriracha, sesame seed, and scallion. Noodle was rough – bunched up and filled the gob with a gluey and dry kind of bolus. The broth was violently salty; just painfully so. Although it calls for 300ml, I’d wager 500ml would be more logical, plus boiling the noodles instead of steeping them could improve the situation.
