Finished (click to enlarge). Added corn, butter, chashu, egg, Homiah Malaysian Sambal Crunch, sesame seed, and scallion. Noodle was very nice; round with a slightly thicker and chewier nature than your standard fried variant. The broth was a tasty miso with notes of ginger.
