Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add in sachet contents and boiling water to fill line. Cover 3~4 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Noodle is really quite fascinating – I believe it must be the dragon fruit that is giving them such a great bounce and ellasticity – and it works well. Not rubbery as others I’ve tried with things like pumpkin seed powder. The broth is wonderful; it has a sweetness and nice vegetable flavor leaning on shiitake and a good oiliness.
