I don’t know why but I figured this was a tonkotsu but nope it’s a shoyu. Ley’s see how spicy it is!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added sesame seed, scallion, narutomaki, chashu, and egg. Noodle is excellent in this one; really a nice bounciness for a friend 3 minute cooking instant. The broth also was great – the clam dashi really made it quite compelling insofar as the flavor didn’t overwhelm and meanders around the shoyu taste.
