Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free (has plant based logo) but check for yourself. To prepare, boil noodle for 1 1/4 minutes. At the same time, add a sachet of soup base to 1 1/4 cups boiling water and combine. Drain noodle, add broth. Finally, add yuzu oil and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added sesame seed, scallion, and Homiah Sambal Crunch Seaweed Vegan. The noodle again in these are second to none – fresh noodle, refrigerated, et al. The broth I was skeptical about – at first. The shio has a nice rich and savory taste, and then the yuzu oil. The oil works so nicely with the broth, and I think that’s because in the past so many I’ve tried were bonito based broths and just couldn’t stand the combo. This time its an almost buttery shio with the yuzu oil and it’s just wonderful. All around wonderful. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars.  UPC bar code 850057841008.
