Here’s a variety that I found in one of MiauMall’s Nakama Noodles subscription boxes! IThese boxes are discontinued but you can get neat stuff over at MiauMall! Let’s see what they had to say about this one – “Nissin isn’t done with their own birthday celebration! This tasty snack pack features fried ramen that you eat as is. This special birthday pack features a tasty flavor powder with the flavors of cheddar, gouda, cream cheese, garlic, basil and more to recreate that pizza taste. *This is ramen snack and no cooking is required!”
This one… So I’m going to make it as mentioned below, however it’s most certainly the standard version with some pizza flavor and can be cooked. I’m also going to make the recipe my mother would cook as well; this was a contender for my 5000th review.
Nissin 0-Second Chikin Ramen Snack w/Pizza Flavor – Japan
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Contains pork and chicken. To prepare, crush noodle block. Open package and add sachet contents. Shake the bag. Finally, eat like potato chips and enjoy! The second method I will be investigating is this: boil noodle for 2 minutes. Drain. Add oil to pan and fry noodle until edges become crisp. Add in two beaten eggs and combine. Cook until done and enoy my mother’s recipe!
Noodle was already slightly crushed.
A sachet of soup base powder seasoning.

Finished (click to enlarge). Here it is fried up with a couple eggs and a smattering of scallion. It didn’t really get crisp. I need a family pack of this stuff I think in order to get the recipe perfectly replicated that my mother used to make. It’s something that should be so simple. Alas… A friend recently did this as a sara udon which sounded more logical.
