Zhoujunji Leishi Chong Qing Gan Liu Xiao Mian – China
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, boil noodle for 3 minutes. Drain, except for ‘a little noodle soup – so I’m guessing leave maybe a 1/4 to a 1/2 cup water. Add in all sachets. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, chili crisp, scallion, and sesame seed. Noodle came out nicely – thin with a decent chew. The flavor was centered on Sichuan peppercorn as it dominated. The texture of peanut and mustard was very nice. 3.75 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 6975486160002.
