Hey it’s Monday. A windy, rainy Monday on November 4th – my mom would’ve been 89 today. This is a variety of dry noodle from A-Sha for the Momofuku restaurants. Really looking forward to this – and I’ll be adding something neat into it. Let’s give it a go!
Momofuku Soy & Scallion Noodles – United States
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, Boil noodle for 3 minutes. Drain. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

I think this is a sachet of scallion but we shall see.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, sesame seed, scallion, and Momofuku Chili Crunch. Noodle has a nice chew from it’s non-fried nature. Flavor is a brewed soy sauce mingling with bit of scallion. It works – very elegant. 4.5 out of 5.0 stars. UPC bar code 193937000295.
