Big thanks to The Fat Hipster for sending this along! This is called an MRE – meal ready to eat – well, sort of. You do neet hot water of course, but it’s a heavy plastic bag that’s got a ton of stuff in it, including instant noodles. Let’s take a look.

A package of drink powder – just add cold water, close, and shake!

Some crackers…

A dessert!

Condiments and flatware. It does have a tiny bottle of Tabasco sauce!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added vegetable crackers and Tabasco sauce. Noodles were standard cheap economy style, however quite broken up. Included vegetables did not hydrate very well at all. Broth… Bland – a little hint of flavor but bland for the most part. I dunno – if I spent a lot of time in the bush and only had this to eat, I’d be a little sad. 0.0 out of 5.0 stars. The marble cake was delightful.  No bar code.
