Here’s the second of two varieties of noodles by Fly By Jing. The sweet and spicy were pretty good – let’s try this one.
Fly By Jing Chili Crisp Noodles – United States
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, boil noodle for 6 minutes. Drain. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added chashu, sesame seed, egg, Fly By Jing Sichuan Chili Crisp, and scallion. Excellent noodle – chewy with that rippled edge. The flavor is spicy and savory and very rich. It’s a lot of liquid sauce and so nice and saucy. Included chives worked well for a light texture. 4.5 out of 5.0 stars. UPC bar code 850052239381.
