This is an interesting one from James of Lakeside – thanks agaiun! So it’s made by a Korean company in Vietnam for export but not just for the US but all over the place. Really excited as I get to use a new chili crisp with it. Let’s give it a try!

A sachet of liquid soup base.
A sachet of seasoned oil.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added Su Cilantro Chili Crisp, egg, sesame seed, and scallion (yes I know – not traditional for pho but I’m going rogue today). Noodle hydrated well and is flat and light. The broth is definitely a combo of shrimp and squid taste which is pretty good. 3.5 out of 5.0 stars. UPC bar code 087703078932.
