Another send by James of Lakeside – thanks! This one purports to be a dipping ramen, but it’s confusing as the whole broth thing is confusing.  I dunno – but I’ll figure it out.

Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Contains fish. To prepare, boil 100g of noodles in 1 liter of water. To make dipping aspect, add one of the sachets of each type to 70ml hot water and combine. Cook noodle until ‘your desired doneness.’ Finally, dip and enjoy!

Interesting noodle – made and hung to dry, hence the loops at the ends.

Two sachets of seafood powder.

Two sachets of liquid soup base.

Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, chashu, scallion, sesame seed, narutomaki, and Su Bullet Garlic Chili Crisp. The noodle is incredibly good – gauge and chewiness are just perfect. The dipping mixture is just perfect – seafood notes, a creaminess, sweetness, a hint of spiciness. This is extremely good – I highly recommend seeking it out. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars. JAN bar code 4901166011823.
