I’ve been wondering something for awhile: is the number of reviews I have
listed exactly accurate? The issue was that there were a few re-reviews
and also that I hadn’t numbered reviews done before #200, so it was a somewhat
imprecise ‘guesstimate.’ Well, the wondering about it is over and the result
is that I had shorted myself on counting eight reviews! What I did was
added numbers to the titles of the reviews starting at the first until
I got to about #120 and then started at the #199th review and went backward
in hopes of them meeting at the middle. So the ones that ended up between
where #117 and #118 should have met are these, which I have numbered up
from the current last review. So the next review will be #541. Here’s the
links to the ones that were renumbered.

#500: Mexi-Ramen Soupless Ramen Shallot Teriyaki Flavor
9/28/2024 – Update – Back on September 9th, 2011, I published this post – it was an early time in my reviewing – many things have changed since then; I used to use a phone to take pictures of products – I think it was a Blackberry Curve at the time. As I’m only a handful of reviews to #5000, it’s really weird to look at this compared to how I present reviews now. Anyways, there’s a video at the bottom I made at the time.

The Ramen Rater Ramen Box Shrine / World HQ
So quite the upgrade – a big clothes hamper – wicker! Stylish and exotic. Three little Japanese noodle shop signs from a store called Daiso at a buck fifty each and a pillow I got off of eBay a long time ago to adorn the holy shrine to the cheap, easy meal that I enjoy.

My Awesome Birthday Noodle Journey!
So yeah look at that insane assortment of noodles – it’s really quite insane. My lovely Kit was so kind as to give me the gift of oriental flava today! First we went to Sun Ya in Seattle – a Chinese restaurant that has dim sum for lunch. Then to Uwajimaya where I got a ton of noodles! The we checked out a place called Viet Wah – that was awesome and yes, more noodles. Then to Seafood City and yes…. MORE NOODLES! Finally after coming back and relaxing for a bit, we decided on homemade Korean BBQ for dinner. Got the stuff at 99 Ranch Market and yup – got another noodle cup! In all, there’s 65 unique varieties here that will be reviewed on Ramen Rater! So Enjoy!
