#4674: Yum Yum Pad Thai Thai Style Stir Fried Noodles – Thailand
Big thanks to Pher Engi of Australia for sending these over!! It always cracks me up – almost all Thai brands have the same sound twice as their brand name. Yum Yum works here – and pad Thai sounds really good. Curious how it will be – a dry noodle? Let’s find out.
#3200: Yum Yum Instant Cup Noodles Tom Yum Chicken Super Flavour – Thailand
All I can think about when I see this one is Super Chicken. That in turn makes me think of Ice Cube. Which in turn reminds me of the days when I would ride on my mountain bike throughout the streets of Anacortes with a big boom box on the back blasting music and smoking cigarettes.
#3180: Yum Yum Tem Tem Tom Yum Moo Deng – Thailand
You probably know tom yum, but what about the moo deng part? Well, it’s pork. That was simple, right? Let’s get into this one by Yum Yum of Thailand!

#3037: Yum Yum Spicy Thai Seafood Flavour – Thailand
Here’s another one sent by the nice folks at Yum Yum – thanks again! It’s been crazy lately – doing the whole YouTube thing is very time consuming and had a couple weeks recently where reviewing has kind of hit the back burner. This week has been different and it’s really nice. I’ve been able to crank out quite a few reviews and get to many varieties I’ve wanted to. Here’s one of them – let’s check it out!

#2855: Yum Yum Tem Tem Tom Klong Pla Krob
A little while back, the kind folks at Yum Yum in Thailand sent me a box just packed with varieties I’d never tried before – thanks again! Today we’ve got one of them. Oh man tom yum. I really like tom yum as lot – especially the creamy stuff. Here’s a little about it from Wikipedia –
#2828: YumYum Tem Tem Tom Yum Seafood
This one was sent to me by YumYum in December of 2017 – thank you! Nothing I like more than getting non-export versions of products. Why? Well, they’re more exotic to begin with. The non export varieties are the ones that can be found on store shelves in the country of origin. It’s not like I can walk down the street and go to a Thai grocery store in Thailand, so this is very helpful for me. Here’s a little about tom yum from Wikipedia –

Unboxing Time: Samples From Yum Yum Thailand
A little while back, a fellow from Yum Yum of Thailand contacted me. A friend had done a news story on German television about instant noodles (yes, they love instant noodle in Germany, too!) and he gave them my info to see if they’d like to do something with me. After a while, I’m happy to announce I received a really big box of different varieties! So today on Unboxing Time With The Ramen Rater, we’ve got Yum Yum samples.

#1867: Yum Yum Premier Bowl Instant Noodles Stewed Pork Flavour
The next to last variety I found while in Thailand – there was a Seven-Eleven next to our hotel which we visited countless times; so different from the ones we have here! Slurpee machines in the back as always, but you make a 180 degree turn and boom – a huge assortment of instant noodles. It was amazing and burned into my mind! Some companies do special partnerships with Seven-Eleven all over Southeast Asia and have special varieties only available there – this is one of them. Let’s check it out!
#1832: Yum Yum Instant Flat Shaped Noodles Boat Noodles Nam Tok Flavour
Here’s one of the last ones I got during my trip to Thailand to visit the nice folks that make MAMA noodles in May. It was really great over there – really hot, but wow – the 7-11 next to the hotel was a treasure trove as far as instant noodles I can’t source here are concerned! Let’s check this one out.
#1819: Yum Yum Premier Bowl Instant Noodles Suki Flavour
This is one I found at 7-11 in Bankok, Thailand dur the trip in May. I wish there were instant noodle tie-ins with 7-11 here in the United States – it would be really awesome! I think if you’re lucky, you might find 3 or 4 instant noodle variants by the same brand in 7-11’s here. Anyways, this one looks interesting. I read that this is sukiyaki flavor, however the Thai have a twist on the Japanese version. Thai Suki as it is known has more flavor closely knit to Thai traditional tastes. Let’s have a look!
#1749: Yum Yum Jumbo Instant Noodles Tom Yum Kung Creamy Flavour
Here’s another one I found at the 7-11 in Bangkok during my trip in May. I’m going to guess this may be a little spicy, judging by the eye with the teardrop. Hey – no crying in baseball – or instant noodles! Time to take this one on! Let’s check it out!
#1715: Yum Yum Instant Noodles Minced Pork Flavour
Here’s another one I got at 7-11 on our recent trip to Thailand. There were so many varieties there; didn’t really know what was what, but luckily found some English text on the back of the package. Let’s have a look!
#1520: Yum Yum Oriental Style Instant Noodles Wasabi Flavour
Another one sent by a kind reader from Sweden – thank you! I’ve had Yum Yum noodles in the past, but I’ve never seen any instant noodle that was wasabi flavor. I did have a Zaru Soba once that had dipping sauce that had a strong wasabi flavor, but none where wasabi was the only flavor! Yum Yum is a popular brand in northern Europe – I heard recently that people refer to many brands of instant noodles there simply as ‘Yum Yum.’ Wasabi eh? Let’s check it out!
#1309: YumYum Oriental Style Instant Noodles Seafood Flavour
Here’s another one from Charles in Afghanistan – thanks again! So this one’s made in Thailand and sold a lot in Holland. Let’s check it out!
A Package Of Noodles From A Serviceman In Afghanistan
I got an email a week or so ago from a guy named Charles who’s deployed over in Afghanistan asking if I’d like to try some noodles he didn’t think I’d reviewed on the site. He sent them and here they are!
#563: Yum Yum Oriental Style Instant Noodles Duck Flavour
We reach the last of the instant noodles sent by Michael V.N. from Holland with Yum Yum Duck flavor. Thanks again Michael – these have all been a real myriad of different flavors and brands I’ve never seen here before.
#554: Yum Yum Shrimp Flavour (Tom Yum) Oriental Style Instant Noodles
Here we have some Yum Yum noodles sent to me from Holland. made in Thailand and they’re Tom Yum flavor. Sounds good to me – here we go.
#546: Yum Yum Oriental Style Instant Noodles Vegetable Flavour
Vegetable flavor huh? Vegetables are supposedly something that makes one healthy. I don’t think they’re present in much of a relevant amount here, but let’s see what we’ve got.
#541: Yum Yum Oriental Style Instant Noodles Chicken Flavour
Here’s another of the Yum Yum’s that were sent from Holland! Chicken flavor eh? I like chicken as well as chickens!
#531: Yum Yum Oriental Style Instant Noodles Beef Flavour
Here’s some more from Michael V.N. of Holland! Thanks again! This one’s called Yum Yum – had my son choose whether I should have the chicken or the beef and he told me I should have the beef today and the chicken tomorrow. Sounds like a plan!
