Well hello, Malaysia! I was going through my stores of reviewables and found this one last week and though today was the perfect day to give it a try. Honestly the main reason being is that yesterday my daughter tried some yakisoba, so I thought maybe she would like to try this dry variety as well. I’m not sure if this will be as spicy as last time I tried it – it’s a new version.

I was contacted by a reader recently asking about this one. I told him hey – maybe I’l re-review it for you. So, here we are. Oriental flavor? I’m leaning towards shio yakisoba as it’s very blue, but people in export markets may not be familiar with sho. Well, let’s see what can be done.

Okay so I’ve had people tell me I had to try this for a long time and so since my lovely wife Kit has been really into pickles lately (no, she’s not pregnant), I figured why not give it a try. Here’s a video showing what I tried.

We had a great Thanksgiving yesterday – Kit made a wonderful turkey, chocolate chip banana bread too! My buddy Matthew Bellah (the highly acclaimed author) brough over homemade cornbread and traditional stuffing, mashed potaoes, and a loaf of fancy bread.
