Here’s some more of the Vina Acecook stuff me and my lovely Kit found at HT Oaktree market last week. Seafood flavor!
So here’s another good ol standby – beef cup noodles.
Very easy instructions…
So we went to the grocery store and got a bunch of Cup Noodles – at only 25 cents a piece why not, and they haven’t been reviewed yet! So here’s shrimp.
Swore I’d reviewed this before. Well, here’s one from Unif.
From left going clockwise, veggies, powder soup base and oily thick stuff.
So time for new noodles! Here’s some!
One packet of seasoning as per usual with Myojo’s fresh udon packs…
Another milestone – 250 reviews! Was waiting a while for this one – 99 Ranch would get other varieties but leave this little shelf bare – and after about 8 months, here it is. So let’s give it a try!
Yep – surprising isn’t it? When you see that I’ve reviewed well over 200 unique packs of instant noodles to think that I haven’t done beef flavored Top Ramen yet. So here we go!
Freaking awesome! From the folks that brought Everybody Likes Good Good Eat snacks, we now have Good Good Eat Super Ramen!!! Can’t wait to try this!
Okay this is a very special ramenrater review here – if asked what is my favorite meal that is of instant noodles, this would be it. I have been making it and variations on it for years now. Behold the fine Indonesian treat, Indomie’s Mie Keriting Rasa Ayam Panggang!!!
Wow – you know, sometimes it just so happens a package of ramen just has to many words on it. This is one of those occasions. I mean, look at that title up there. I like how you drain the liquid, but it says noodle soup – and you don’t add olive oil, it’s already in the liquid packet…
So today my nose is bugging me so I thought perhaps something chickenny would be good. Well, this is artificial chicken flavor so we’ll see. Also if you look closely at the photo, the chicken in the bowl on the package looks like its made out of plastic! Truly artificial chicken flavor! Har har!
So this looks like a regular boring pack of noodles. Soy flavor – nothing special here right?
So haven’t had any Tom Yum or Yam for that matter in quite a while. Nor have I had anything by Maggi in a while either. This stuff is from Malaysia! This is a first for me – noodles from Malaysia!!!
So another one of these big two serving bags. The last one wasn’t all that great so I guess we’ll see how this one fares.
So another day and some more noodles my lady picked for me. This one’s Vietnamese and looks a lot like pho. At least on the package.
So here we go with some Udon for breakfast. I’m going to really modify this one.
Powder and flake.
So Wai Wai not some of this stuff today eh? Crab flavour. Haven’t eaten a whole lot of crab in my life. Curious how it will taste…
So this is one of three packs of noodles I got that are actually two packs. This one was just over a dollar – thought it might be a good deal.
So again this morning asked Kit to choose which pack of noodles I should have. She told me to go ahead with the peppered beef. Sounds good to me!
So Kit tried the Pork flavor of this line a while back. I thought chicken with shallots sounded quite nice so here we go. I must admit it feels like there’s a lot of pouches in this one!
So here’s something new – pho. Chicken pho. I think this probably won’t live up to its name but we’ll see.
Nissin: Spicy Flavor
Stars:***
Notes: This is the variety of noodles you see when you enter this site
and in the background. It lives up to its’ name as it is quite spicy. My only
issue with it is that the noodles are of the rice-vermicelli variety. Way too thin for me. Get it here.
