Hokkien Mee is a strong prawn soup with a great oiliness and noodle. I’ve had it in Penang quite a few times at multiple places – and it’s really great stuff. Go to Penang. You won’t be disappointed. I figured once I got to around 70 reviews I could probably put something together. As of today, I’ve reviewed 100 different varieties from Malaysia.
