#3349: No Name Beef Flavour Oriental Noodles And Soup Mix – Canada
Hey look – another one found at the Real Canadian Superstore up in Richmond, BC! It’s been over a month since we visited our wonderful northern neighbors. I really like Canada. It’s like a totally different country! Hoping next time we go we leave early enough to go to some shopping then head over to Stanley park. That place is neat – a beautiful park in Vancouver. Anyways, yeah – I like Canada! Let’s give this beefy beff a try.
#3348: Rooster Hot & Spicy Flavour Noodle Soup – Canada
Well hello there. A Rooster pack from Canada. These are found at the Real Canadian Superstore – which is kind of like Canada’s answer to Walmart in an equally big box style. It’s a neat place – I generally get my peanut butter there as they have the 2kg jars of Kraft Crunchy and it’s so freaking cheap. Buying a couple of those defrays the cost of gas in savings compared to buying peanut butter here and it’s the best peanut butter I’ve had. Y3eah – I’m a connoisseur of peanut butter. Oatmeal too. I really freaking love peanut butter and oatmeal. Every morning. Every day.
#3321: Rooster Chili Chicken Flavour – Canada
I found these at the Real Canadian SuperStore up in Richmond, BC a while back. I’ve been quite surprised how good this very, well, boring packaged range is. It all ges to show that you shouldn’t judge a book by it’s cover, or noodles by it’s wrapper. I’m reviewing this one on Canada Day! Let’s give it a try!
#3234: No Name Shrimp Flavour Oriental Noodles And Soup Mix – Canada
Another Loblaw’s variety found at the Canadian SuperStore. I like shrimp. Sounds interesting and lacking a name which I enjoy. My wife’s favorite color is yellow. Let us begin.
#3194: Rooster Hot & Spicy Flavour Noodle Soup – Canada
Made for Loblaw’s Canada, these Rooster varieties have been surprisingly good. In fact, despite having a very plain and generic look to them, they’ve all been really quite good. Will this bowl continue on in this way? Let’s find out!
#3115: Suraj Masala Noodles – Canada
Here’s another one found at The Real Canadian SuperStore up in Richmond, BC. These are made in China for Loblaw’s, a Canadian company that has a huge empire of supermarkets.
#3112: Canton Instant Noodles Vegetable Flavour – Bangladesh
I think this is the last of the Canton varieties I found at the Real Canadian Superstore up in Canada a few months back. That’s a neat place – in Richmond, BC – they’ve got all sorts of neat things there! Haven’t been to Canada in a little while. Need to visit again! Let’s check this one out!
#3076: Rooster Chili Chicken Flavour Noodle Soup – Canada
Here’s one of the many varieties I still have from Rooster, a range made in China for Canada’s Loblaw’s company. Loblaw’s owns The Real Canadian SuperStore, and that’s where I found these. Just think of Walmart, but slightly different and Canadian owned – not American. Let’s check this one out – the others in this range have been surprisingly good despite the very plain look to them.
#2997: Rooster Chili Seafood Flavour Noodle Soup – Canada
Oh – Canada! How you doin’? So we went up to Canada as we usually do about once a month and we’d been seeing the place called ‘The Real Canadian Super Store’ every time but never visited. So it’s part of Loblaw’s, a mega supermarket group in Canada – the have lots of different stores up there under different names like T&T Supermarket, Loblaw’s, – I think London Drug? Anyways, yeah. This store was like a mega Walmart – but the difference is that it’s real and it’s Canadian. Great noodle aisle – lots of things I’ve not seen elsewhere. Let’s give this one a try – it’s made in China for the Canadian company.
#2958: Rooster Kimchee Flavour Noodle Soup
Here’s another one we found at the Real Canadian Superstore in Richmond, BC. The last one was found in the more domestic area while this one was found with the more Asian food varieties. They have tons of this Rooster branded stuff in bowls, packs, cups – singles, multi packs and cases. It’s pretty impressive. they did also have a nice selection of other things. Cool store! Let’s check this kimchee variety out!
#2957: No Name Chicken Vegetable Flavour Oriental Noodles And Soup Mix
Found this one at the Real Canadian Superstore in Richmond, BC. Was impressed – ended up with a ton of varieties from there. Kind of like a super Walmart but real and Canadian! Well, these are called No Name so that’s kind of funny. Let’s check ’em out!
#1672: Azami Chili Seafood Flavour Noodle Soup
Here’s another one that was sent to me by Justin M. from Winfield, BC up north of here in Canada! I haven’t been a big fan of these Canadian instants thus far, but I keep trying them in hopes one will be really good. Chilli Seafood definitely has a nice ring to it – let’s see if it lives up to its name. Let’s go!
#1647: No Name Shrimp Flavour Oriental Noodles And Soup Mix
Back in the day, there used to be a brand that was literally generic; they would have products with a white background and a very stark blocky black text. A can of dog food would simply say dog food. I think they’re long gone, but this is kind of the next best thing to it. No Name is a line by Canadian company Loblaw’s, a grocery store chain. Let’s give No Name a look!
#1628: Azami Kimchee Flavour Noodle Soup
Here’s one I got from Justin M. from Winfield, BC up north of here in Canada! Thanks! Let’s see here: the instant noodle cup was invented in Japan. This one is sold in Canada under the name Azami and sold by Loblaw’s, a supermarket chain. It’s manufactured in China. The flavor is of kimchi, which is South Korean. Wow. I’ve got hopes that this will be a good one! Let’s check these Azami noodles.
#1558: No Name Beef Flavour Oriental Noodles And Soup Mix
Here’s one I got from Justin M. from Winfield, BC up north of here in Canada! Thanks! This one’s rather fascinating to me as the brand name is literally ‘no name.’ It’s made in China for Loblaw’s, a Canadian grocery store chain. I’m crossing my fingers here; Canadian instant noodles haven’t really been my favorites – but this is a new one so we’ll have to see. With an open mind, let’s delve into No Name Beef Flavour Oriental Noodles And Soup Mix!
