#4276: Menraku Japanese Ramen Flaming Hot Miso – United States
Found this (as well as review 4275) over at H-Mart the other day. I swear Menraku just keeps coming out with new varieties constantly – it’s pretty hard to keep up with but that’s fine – the more the merrier. This is made in Japan but for the US market. Flaming hot, eh? Let’s find out.
#4206: Menraku Udon ‘Spicy Kimchi Jjigae’ Taste – United States

#4202: Menraku Japanese Ramen “Hot & Spicy” Flavor With Chili Garlic – United States
Here’s yet another Menraku variety and it came from James of Lakeside, California – thanks again! I thought this would be a dry variant, but it’s definitely not. I should mention that yes, while this is made in Japan, it’s definitely an export version and that’s why it gets the United States tag at the end. Let’s give it a try!
#4148: Menraku Japanese Ramen “Shoyu Tonkotsu” Taste – United States
Here’s another sent by James from Lakeside, CA – thanks again! This one I haven’t tried – I’ve tried the same flavor but in their restaurant style straight noodle version. Let’s give the bowl version a try.

This one was sent by the folks at www.exoticnoods.com – check them out and use coupon code THERAMENRATER for a discount! This one was sent during the great noodle drought of 2021 – long story short, I ran out of noodles and asked folks to send anything I’ve not reviewed. By the way – this is made in Japan, however it’s packaged for the US market. Was surprised I’d not tried this one! Let’s check it out!
#3769: Menraku Japanese Ramen “Spicy Miso Tonkotsu” – United States
Here’s one that came in a box from Exotic Noods – use coupon code THERAMENRATER for a discount!
#3728: Menraku Restaurant Style Ramen “Seafood Tonkotsu” Taste – United States
Here’s one the guys at Exotic Noods sent over – thanks! Looks like you can make it in the traditional style or as tsukemen (pronounced ‘skeh-men’). Tsukemen involved noodle dipping kind of like zaru soba so I’ll make it the regular way as I’m kind of a messy eater to begin with. Let’s give it a try!
#3650: Menraku Japanese Ramen “Chicken Paitan” taste – United States
Made in Japan for the US market, this one comes by way of a recent www.exoticnoods.com box – thank you! Use coupon code RAMENRATER15 for 15% discount over there! Curious about this one – let’s do it up!
#3592: Menraku Tokyo Style “Soup-less” Ramen Rich Soysause – United States
Herwe’s one that came by way of the guys at www.exoticnoods.com – use the coupon code RAMENRATER15 for a discount! Thanks! Lots of new Menraku varieties pouring out lately… This is a range that is for the US market but made in Japan. So, labeling them US seems logical. Okay – let’s give it a go.
#3496: Menraku Sichuan-Inspired Ramen “Spicy Sesame” – United States
Here’s one from Menraku – these are indeed made in Japan, but definitely for the US market. This was sent by James, a reader from Lakeside, CA. I’ve reviewed a slew of Menraku varieties in the past, but recently seen a few new varieties and have been rather impressed. Let’s check this one out.
#3478: Menraku Japanese Ramen “Seafood Tonkotsu” Taste – United States
This one comes by way of James in Lakeside, CA. Thanks! Okay so yer it’s made in Japan but this is obviously packaged for US sale. I generally classify things for the country you’ll be able to buy them in. If it’s an export product that would go to a region, say Europe, it’d get given the originating country’s name at the end of the title. So there.
#3419: Menraku Restaurant Style Ramen “Shoyu Tonkotsu” taste – Japan
It’s from Japan! It’s ‘Authentic Ramen Soup!’ It sounds decent! Well, not much else to say – let’s take a look.
#2160: Menraku Japanese Yakisoba Umami Sauce

#576: Menraku Japanese Tempura “Soba”
Here’s probably the last of the Menraku varieties available, another tempura.
Yep – directions. I like that they are pretty vigilant about not microwaving the Styrofoam…
#543: Menraku Japanese Curry “Udon”
One of my favorite things in all the world of cuisine is curry. Hot curry, curry soup, curry beef, curry chicken, curry vindaloo, curry powder, curry paste, green curry, yellow curry, masaman curry, Indian curry and Japanese curry. This sounded good and I’m starving.
#521: Menraku Japanese Ramen “Soy Sauce” Authentic Ramen Soup
Here’s another Menraku coming atcha. Been weird the last two days; gotten over 10,000 visits to the blog from people using StumbleUpon and ending up on the ‘Recipes’ page… Pretty cool! Anyways, this looks like an interesting bowl of noodles and should be tasty. Let’s dig in.
#511: Menraku Japanese Ramen “Miso” Authentic Ramen Soup
I woke up with a sore throat, runny nose, sore joints and a bit of sneezing. I’m sick. This sucks. I thought maybe some miso would bring me back from the brink. I guess we’ll see how it goes…

Got this one at the new Bellevue Uwajimaya. Shio means salt, so I suppose this is salt ramen. Let’s give it a try!
#460: Menraku Japanese Tempura “Udon”
Got a new ramen container – we moved some stuff around and now I have our wicker laundry hamper for noodle storage! It’s actually quite nice – and also makes it easy to just put my hand in and grab a random ramen to rate. I’m sure I’ll post a picture of it sooner or later. Anyways, today I picked This one – hoping that it’s good as I’m famished and this just isn’t the day for a bad bowl of noodles.
